Ninja Creamy Pumpkin Pie Gelato

When the sun begins to rise high, and the calm wind is touched once more, there is no yummy dessert than pumpkin pie.

This Ninja Creami Pumpkin Pie Gelato is like adjusting pumpkin pie’s usual comfort and flavor into gelato.

This gelato reminds me of the pumpkin pie my family had during Thanksgiving; the spices and rich and creami texture of this gelato are perfect for any particular time.

I’m obsessed with pumpkin pie, and I made this ice cream to enjoy its tasty flavor.

Can you believe it? August is near, and fall is almost here! I can’t wait to bring my fall garden and try all my favorite food recipes. So, let’s have a look at how to make ninja creami pumpkin pie gelato step by step:

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Heavy Cream
  • Whole Milk
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Egg Yolks
  • Corn Syrup
  • Grainy Sugar
  • Nutmeg (Optional)

Instructions

  1. To make the ice cream mixture, take a small saucepan and blend the corn syrup, heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Whisk it continuously while cooking it on medium heat. Make sure the milk mixture doesn’t burn. Cook until the mixture starts to look slightly bubbly.
  2. Whisk the eggs: Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl. Gradually pour small portions of the hot milk mixture into the eggs, one tablespoon at a time, and whisk continually.
  3. Cook on low heat: After adding the milk mixture to the eggs, blend the milk and egg mixture back into the saucepan. Then cook on low heat for almost 5 minutes or until it reaches 165° Fahrenheit. The mixture will thicken a little, simply enough to cover the spoon. Remove from the heat.
  4. Add ingredients: Pumpkin pie spice extract, pumpkin spice, pumpkin puree, and nutmeg. Then blend it.
  5. Freeze it: Before freezing, allow the ice cream base to cool. Add into an empty Ninja Creami pint canister and freeze for 24 hours.
  6. Process on Gelato: Remove the pint container from the freezer after 24 hours. Position the pint canister inside the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami. So, continue with “Gelato.”
  7. Enjoy your meal: Take the pint out of the machine and enjoy!

FAQs:

Do I have to wait 24 hours for Ninja Creami? Freezing is an important step. For the Ninja Creami to work properly, the base should be fully frozen into a solid mass. After a 24-hour freeze duration, smaller crystals of ice form and increase the dessert’s creaminess. This matters to get the most creami ice cream and softest gelato!

What is so special about the Ninja Creami? The Ninja Creami is popular among individuals because you can make ice cream from anything containing ingredients different from an ice cream base or custard. It claims an effortless, low-lift method to form homemade ice cream.

What does the Ninja Creami gelato do? The majority of traditional gelatos don’t have eggs in them. They use dairy products (which have lower fat), like milk, rather than heavy cream. The texture is thick and super creami. The Ninja Creami ice cream maker can give you this texture due to the Gelato process, and it works even if you use eggs.

Can I put frozen fruit in my Ninja Creami? Yes, you can. Keep in mind that before use, frozen fruit must either be melted, have a liquid, or mixed with the other ingredients, such as dairy, included in the pint to fill all the spaces in it.

How long does Ninja Creami ice cream last? It lasts many weeks or sometimes even months in your freezer.
